"Our ability to 'do it all' lies in our own body's ability to manage the capacity of our lives. It's important to have tools, communities, and systems in place that make it so you, your mind, your body, your environment, your family doesn't have to take on so much. Using the tools you already have to their fullest potential is the first step."
